Thai Papaya Salad with Salted Egg
- Chopped papaya
- 1 salted egg
- 3 tomatoes
- Paprika (as desired)
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 2 teaspoons palm sugar
- 2 string beans
- 4 tablespoons of fish sauce
- 4 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon dried shrimp
- 1 tablespoon peanuts
Instructions
1. Pound the chillies, garlic, sugar and lentils to a thickness
2. Add 1/2 salted eggs (served out the rest), followed by tomatoes with shrimp
3. Season with fish sauce and lime juice. Mix the ingredients together. Add the papaya. Pound until combine, put on a plate, sprinkle dried shrimp, peanuts and salted egg.
