Baked Macaroni.

It looks really nice to try with Baked Macaroni and Cheese. Recipe from us.  Mix macaroni with bechamel sauce. With onion and bacon.

Ingredients Baked Macaroni and Cheese.

  • 250 g cooked macaroni
  • Gruyere cheese mix 100g macaroni (for topping) (or any cheese of your choice, but a blended cheese is best)
  • Onion (finely diced) or sliced) 2 heads (fry with butter and salt)
  • 150 g bacon (fried in a pan until cooked)
  • breadcrumbs

Ingredients Bechamel Sauce (Creamy Sauce).

  • 3 tablespoons fresh butter
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 6 spoons of fresh milk
  • Nutmeg, finely grated
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • Parmesan cheese or Gruyere cheese, about 70 g

      Note: Bechamel sauce can be used to make lasagna. Cheese Baked Potatoes, Cheese Baked Spinach, and more.

How to make bechamel sauce?

  1. Heat up the butter. Add all-purpose flour Use a whisk to stir until the flour is cooked. (If the flour is not cooked, there will be a flour smell. after eating, it won’t taste good) 
  2. Gradually add the milk until completely combined. Add a small amount of finely grated nutmeg. so that it smells good Add a little salt and pepper. Stir until the sauce thickens, similar to double cream, add cheese, stir until everything is homogeneous.

How to make Baked Macaroni and Cheese?

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
  2. Pour the macaroni into the baking form. Followed by bechamel sauce, onions and bacon, mix well. 
  3. Sprinkle cheese over macaroni. followed by bread crumbs Place in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or wait for the cheese to darken. Remove from the oven and scoop onto a plate and sprinkle with parsley.
