Ingredients Baked Macaroni and Cheese.
- 250 g cooked macaroni
- Gruyere cheese mix 100g macaroni (for topping) (or any cheese of your choice, but a blended cheese is best)
- Onion (finely diced) or sliced) 2 heads (fry with butter and salt)
- 150 g bacon (fried in a pan until cooked)

Ingredients Bechamel Sauce (Creamy Sauce).
- 3 tablespoons fresh butter
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 6 spoons of fresh milk
- Nutmeg, finely grated
- salt
- black pepper
- Parmesan cheese or Gruyere cheese, about 70 g

How to make bechamel sauce?

How to make Baked Macaroni and Cheese?
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
