Souffle Pancakes.

     I’m addicted to Souffle Pancakes from famous restaurants. So I want to try making my own once. Meet soufflé pancakes recipe from us. Inch-thick natural colored pancake batter or whoever puts pandan juice in it as they like Souffle pancakes.


      1 egg yolk
      1 egg white

2 tbsp sugar
     2 tbsp all-purpose flour
     15 g melted butter
     1/2 tbsp milks

How to make?

     2. Make the meringue by beating the egg whites until foamy. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon sugar and beat until the egg whites form stiff peaks. and pour the egg yolk mixture into the mixture, gradually fold together, it is recommended to use a rubber spatula. Because if using a whisk, I’m afraid that there will be a lot of air. The snack won’t be fluffy. 3. Stir until the mixture is smooth and set aside. Hold and roll into a circle with a diameter of about 9 centimeters, sew with a magnet.
     4.
